Good health starts with happiness and care for yourself, so why not do something you love? Find something that you can do that is just for yourself and take the time to commit to this hobby. Yoga, meditation, music, bird watching, art, and writing can be relaxing hobbies, but as long as you are enjoying yourself you can do anything as a hobby. Cooking, baking, dancing, building/crafting things, martial arts, reading, playing sports or musical instruments and more can be ways to clear your mind and escape from stress as well as express yourself creatively. Find something you love and can connect to, but be patient if you are exploring which hobby is for you. Sometimes a seasonal hobby speaks out most to people such as skiing, biking, gardening, etc. and you might just have to wait for the right time. :)
